Mungkin kalau enggak pernah menonton CSI gue gak bakal tau dengan penyanyi yang satu ini. Meski cuma sekilas lagunya 'They'll Never Know' yang jadi salah satu latar film tersebut, gue langsung jatuh cinta dengan si Mr.Copperman *maksudnya dengan suaranya kekeke*.
Setelah searching di YouTube woww.... feeling gue gak salah ^^ Cowo asal Amerika ini punya tampang yang oke, selain sebagai penyanyi, ia juga dikenal sebagai song writer. They'll Never Know juga rupanya dinyanyiin sebagai soundtracks film One Tree Hill.
Cowo kelahiran Virginia, 1 Okt 1982 ini sudah bermain piano sejak berumur 3 tahun. Lagu pertama yang ia tulis berjudul "Fly Away" dan menjadi lagu debut pertamanya. Ia pun kemudian menjadi penyanyi independen dan berkeliling Amerika untuk mempromosikan albumnya 'Believe'.
Kemudian pada tahun 2007 ia mulai banyak dikenal orang, karena lagunya 'As I Choked' dan 'All She Wrote' menjadi populer dan banyak di download di iTunes. Beberapa bulan kemudian ia merilis single lainnya 'Found You'. Lagu ini bagus banget ^^ gue juga suka MV-nya. Mungkin karena lahir sebagai penyanyi independen, Ross jadi enggak banyak dikenal orang - seperti penyanyi lainnya yang dengan cepat melejit meski biasa-biasa aja.
Kemudian album 'Welcome To Reality' dikeluarkan 28 May 2007. Album ini berisi 13 lagu yang hampir 90% diantaranya keren" dan sangat easy listening. Beberapa favorit gue Found You, Fly Away, Can't Stop Loving You, As She Wrote dan They'll Never Know. Sebagian besar dari album ini lagunya ditulis sendiri oleh Ross.
Sayang untuk ngedapetin album ini enggak mudah, karena peredarannya cukup terbatas. Album ini dijual di beberapa online store terkenal termasuk di www.myspace.com/rosscopperman. Every song on this album is worth listening :)
